Ministry of Economy presents an action plan on non-tariff barriers to trade.
The draft Government Decision on the approval of the Action Plan on the Elimination of non-tariff barriers to trade, generates deficiencies identifying barriers to external tradecreation, which is unobserved X of GATT Article 94, which states that all measures affecting the trade, including transmission, distribution, are subject to be published and notified to the WTO member countries, including the EU.
   Ministry of Economy in cooperation with relevant government institutions and local experts have found a set of systemic problems directly affecting trade activity of most domestic producers. Thus, a series of non-tariff barriers increased irregular commitments vis-à-vis the WTO prohibitions related to import / export, such as Santa aspects of customs administration in particular, the issue of internal orders that generate unnecessarycosts, as mentioned appearance indicative price / guidance on how orders customs clearance service, award heading imported goods, customs brokers and increase work efficiency of customs administration in general, quality infrastructure, environmental payments import, the import of animal products, the export of ferrous and so precious.
