Three months ago, the National Bank governor, Dorin Dragutanu, spoke  about the bills that would enable payments    to mobile phone including market purchases. It's the law on payment services and electronic money, the project passed by the Government, was approved on 9 November 2011.
"This project aims to contribute to the promotion of electronic payments. Everyone talked about mobile banking, mobile-payment. Without this law, such services would not be available, "said Bank governor.
